Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship most in-stock items out within 1 Business Day, with the vast majority shipping out the very same business day.  Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS shipping service, and tracking information will be provided when available. Most items within the Continental US can expect delivery within 1-3 Business Days, with certain items and locations taking up to 5 Business Days.  We do not guarantee transit time, which is the time it takes the order to reach you after we ship it out, and are not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns & Replacements
Defective products may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be received within 30 days of the shipment date. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the item arrives, and is processed and inspected by our RMA Department. We cannot initiate refunds until we receive the return item back. Shipping is non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the product. We typically will respond to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

All order information, credit card information, and personal information are transmitted through our 256-bit Encrypted Security.  We recommend creating a secure account so that you can check on your order status, easily place reorders, and utilize express checkout on future orders.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing is subject to change at any time.  We are not responsible for incorrect pricing, and may contact you to adjust or cancel your order in the case of extreme price discrepancies.  Sale prices are only good while supplies last, rain-checks not accepted.
Viewing Orders
Order status may be viewed by logging into your secure account.  If you checked out as a guest, you will need to contact us with your order number for order status.
Updating Account Information
Account information, address updates, etc. can be completed by logging into your secure account on our website.  Please contact us directly with urgent issues such as changing the shipping address of an existing order.
